  • We will install a professional Cassidon Realty sign and directional signs as may be required.
  • We will analyze your property to determine the most likely buyer or "target market" and concentrate specific marketing efforts toward these buyers.
  • We will advertise continuously until your home or property is sold.
  • We will fully cooperate with other real estate companies and their agents who are acting as buyer brokers.
  • We will gladly perform open houses as may be required.
  • We will use direct mail to the surrounding area of your property.
  • We will promote your home to the past and present client network of our broker and the agents of Cassidon Realty.
  • We will utilize the internet as part of our marketing efforts and your home will be included on our web site and several others including realtor.com
  • We will follow up on showings with our own prospective buyers and other realtors in order to provide you with feedback from those events.
  • We will update you weekly or as you may require.
  • We will include your property in our real estate reporter television advertising rotation (RCN and Service Electric)
  • We will include your property in our real estate weekly rotation.
  • We will utilize email marketing of fliers, open houses and other means of information distribution.
  • We will utilize a centralized showing service to create one more layer of security for setting your showing appointments
  • We will work with the buyers lender, broker and title agent closely and keep you informed as events occur.
