Experience:

     Real Estate has been a part of our family in one way or another for over ten years.

 Family:

Married since 1968 to Mary, my lovely wife and a retired Registered Nurse. Two adult daughters. One son, who operates Homesource Mortgage. Lots of grandchildren.

 I like to:

Read novels, take long walks with my wife (longer ones without her), have fun with our two miniature parrots, wonder about life (and after life), look at the night sky and think about folks on other planets orbiting distant stars who look up at their night sky and wonder if anybody else is out there.

 Awards/Accomplishments:

    Lafayette College degree, being a former Mensa member.

 Personally proud of:

My family. Hundreds of students that I have taught during my time at Lincoln Technical Institute as an instructor from 1979 to 2007.

 You would be surprised to know that:

    The North Magnetic Pole is not at Santa’s Workshop at the North Pole. It’s in Canada.

    If the sun blew up, we wouldn’t know it for seven minutes. After that, who cares?

 I am a bit obsessive about:

Misspelled words, not having something to read, Global Warming, and hearing rattles in my car.

Things I will not do:

Drive too fast, throw stuff out of my car while driving, lie to a client.

 Things I struggle with:

    Being left handed in a right handed world.

 My favorite books I have read:

    Fiction: CITY by George Scithers

    Non-Fiction: KEEPING FAITH by Jimmy Carter.

 My favorite movies:

    Recent:  I, ROBOT

    Older:   THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL

  What deceased person do I admire and why:

Pappy Schreiner, my Mom’s dad. He and his family pulled up stakes and came to this country from Austria to start a new life in 1911. That took courage. The first thing the family had to do was learn English, an exceedingly hard task.

 What alive person do I admire and why:

President Jimmie Carter. He is constantly trying to help make the peace and sticking his neck out to do it.

 Coke or Pepsi:
    Neither, I like Diet Pepsi
