Experience: Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I am also currently employed with a civil engineering firm which I have been with now for 27 years. Dealing with land development & planning, subdivisions and surveys.......this background has given me a different perspective and insight to real estate & the advantage of an extended knowledge of the real estate field. I've been involved with the real estate business on a more one to one basis for the past 7 years, which all started when my husband (Scott) and I started with rental properties. Together, we own and manage a few rentals of our own. Shortly after we started this adventure, I decided I must finally get my real estate license and pursue this aspect of my career. Before joining the Cassidon clan I was with Manor Realty in Bethlehem, Pa. I enjoy looking at homes, both old and new, seeing new areas and taking in what I see, as it usually sparks some new ideas for myself or to pass on to others! There is also nothing more satisfying than finding someone their first home! In the near future I plan on getting my New Jersey real estate license and obtaining additional real estate related certifications.
Family: Married to Scott, children: Mike:21, Derek:17, Kayla:7 and pets NEMO (African grey parrot) and Chiquita (Ragdoll kitten)
I Like To: Go shopping (especially happy to find the great bargains!), remodeling & redecorating our home, a little more shopping, occasionally take in a movie, perhaps once in a blue moon sleep past 6:00 AM, and be a beach bum whenever the opportunity arises.

Personally Proud Of: The 3 wonderful children we've raised, teaching them good morals and values and all of the personal achievements they have accomplished
You would be surprised to know that: I've competed in numerous "all natural" body building competitions, I own over a hundred Longaberger baskets (too many), and I also own hundreds on TY beanie babies (way-way too many) , I am a very emotional person, my eyes swell with tears every Christmas Season when Frosty melts.
I am a bit obsessive about: #1 - I am always working hard (at whatever I'm curently persuing) to achieve the ultimate end result !! (the perfectionist side of me shining through) #2 - People spelling my name correctly, that is Dianne, with 2-n'S please.
Things I will not do: I cannot tell a lie, if I would even try you'd see right through me. Honesty is the best way. I will also not go out of the house without putting on my make-up (at least as long as I can help it)
Things I struggle with: Finding free time or relaxing time. My personality lends me to be a workaholic because there is always something that needs to get done and I am constantly trying to get to the end of the list which is constantly growing. Part of this problem, I suppose, comes from the perfectionist side too, as you know even if something is finished there is always a little more room for improvement to make it a little better!! Does this make sense??
My favorite books I have read: Fiction - Green Eggs and Ham (this should tell you something - My only spare time to read is reading childrens books with my daughter)
Non Fiction - 21 Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me (Currently working on reading thru this one)
My favorite movies: Fairly Recent : Office Space, Meet the Parents and most all Ben Stiller movies. Since I generally only have limited "watching" time, I am happy to watch any of "The King of Queens" episodes.
What alive person do I admire and why: My husband Scott, who is the most loving and caring person I will ever know. He is always there to pick you up when you're down, always putting everyone else before himself, and has put up with my obsessive craziness for so many years, HE deserves an award! On a less personal note, I also have to include "Judge Judy" as she tells it like it is!
Coke or Pepsi: most definitely Diet Coke (I CAN'T drink a pepsi)
